Stage 1

Application Review

Once you've applied, a member of the team will review your application against the job description for the position. 

If successful, you'll be invited to find out more about the opportunity and Bede!
Stage 2

Initial Chat

Stage 3

Technical Assessment

Following a successful interview, you'll be invited to complete our technical task. Here you'll be able to bring your technical skills to life!

You can complete the task in your own time (it won't take long!) and then you'll meet the hiring team again to talk through your solution and how you got there.

From here, it's decision time!
Stage 4

Interview

At the first stage interview, we'll be looking to understand more about you, your skills and your experience!

We'll do this by asking questions centred on our values and also the skills needed for the role.

You'll have a chance to ask plenty of your own questions also - we truly believe in a 2-way interview process and want you to have all the information you need.
